ALL ABOUT PERIODS




 Is Your lower part bleeding? Are you having lower belly cramps? Pain? Pain in your boobies, Loosemotions or constipation? DON'T WORRRY! You are not suffering from any disease you have got something that every girl, every women gets when they grow, its the hormonal change in your body.

This change is cyclic and is known as "PERIODS/ MENSIS/ MENSTRUAL CYCLE/ GETTING DOWN/ MAHAVARI/ MAHINA/ MASIK ETC."

The pituitary gland in our brain makes us grow. Various changes occur in our body and psychology when we are minimum 8 to 10 years old.Changes like:

Changes in Physique:

1. Increment in height.
2. Getting Pimples.
3. Hair growth in the genetials.
4. Darkening between the thighs.
5. Growth of our breasts.
6. Hip growth.
7. Hair growth in our Underarms and over Genitals.
8. Our eyebrows, facial hair starts growing faster.

Psychological Shifts:

9. We are attracted more towards males.
10. We like to share and talk more about us.
11. We are curious to know about what changes occur in guys.
12. We are curious to know about the inner wears and sanitary napkins.
13. We search for the cure.
14. We become little bit "Mom - Centric" at the starting.
15. We hide things from father, feel shy to carry the sanitary napkin in public.
16. Become conscious about our clothing.
17. Becoming less confident.
18. Feeling like resting all day long.
19. Feeling Nausea.
20. Craving for something to eat.
21. Feeling different types of mood swings at a moment.
22. Feeling thinkable and sometimes confused.

This is all very common , common to all of us DEARIES!,THIS IS A HUMAN THING! Their is no shame, no hiding, everyone knows about periods, even guys do. 

SOME TIPS 😉☺️

What not to be worried and afraid about:


1.Getting a stain in public.
2. Purchasing a Sanitary Napkin.
3. Getting a belly pain and asking for help.
4. Telling someone that you are having periods.
5. Drying your underwear where everyone else clothes are being put for drying.
6. Feeling of having attraction towards opposite sex.
7. More Sexual Arousal and drives at the time of periods.
8. Feeling pain in your boobies.
9. Feeling  of not wearing a bra.
10.Whatever mom says and do not understand about your feelings.
11. Whatever society practices during periods.

What to take care of:


1.Keep taking milk(a big full cup) and other food products even when you do not feel like eating.
2.Never let your stomach remain empty.
3.Take beetroot, pomegrenate juice with some black salt if you feel like nausea, weakness.
4.Eat whatever you want.
5.You can avoid eatig too much oily but don't overthink if you have oily food to eat, eat somewhat less.
6.Eat dryfruits.
7.Drink lots of water in hourly intervals. 
8.Keep changing the sanitary napkin in the interval of 4-5 hrs.
9.Keep the vaginal hygiene.
10.Flush the toilet and then use.
11.Keep 2-3 sanitary napkin along with you when you are out of the house.
12.Keep some pain killers like Spasmodinal, Meftal- spas, some antaacids like pantocid.
13. If you feel like taking bath on the first day , its okay , its not neccessary to take bath, but take on alternative days.
14. Stay Normal in these days. Don't panic. Don't let others lower your confidence. Its a very human thing and there is no need to be shy about it.
