Pause ! Face Every Situation with CALM and Wisdom

U didn't talk properly! Did you know what I am going through! Do you really care! Do you have plans with me!! These are the free fire gun shots !! one after another. When a person is reacting loudly, try to be dominant, we try to Defend. That's absolutely WHY WE ARE HUMANS!!

 ANGRY! YEAAAHH ! BUT IT's OKAY!

Angry and Yeah are not the words to be focused on.. OKAY is to be focused..Someone talking to us annoyed and red.Don't HIT on the FACE. And if you feel that you are an educated , PAUSE. We are the product of our environment and our stimuli act according as it has got a reflex in the brain. Well Can We control this reflex?

I tried meditation, keeping silence for hours, fighting back, you won't believe. It is easy when we exercise on a habit. Mindfully and consciously executing it on daily basis. Then I came across so many anger management techniques:

1. Breathing IN and OUT.
2. Tickling my finger on my kneecap.
3. Writing a 2 -Minute Journal (2MJ) and taking out my anger on whatever and then making a plane and fly it ( Stress Flew out).

 I was still feeling that I acted defensively in situations. In an article of "TIMES LIFE" in the "o- zone" titled " I'm a great supporter of ahimsa and karuna".It was an interview with the 14th Dalai Lama. How a person can gain importance by cultivating inner peace and staying postive as well as hopeful.No one better, explain than Dalai Lama. He gave an awesome solution.

HOLINESS, COMPASSION, FORGIVENESS AND EVIL

I see all as a Human, Unique, Holy, compassionate, Forgiving and Evil. Doesn't this make us ONE?  ONE must seem a mathematical number, the one who understands feeling behind ; can actually BOND. Dalai Lama said ' I believe in the oneness of 7 billion people." 
'Us'(humara), 'Yours' ( Tera) , why not we can say "Haan , Yeh Sub Mere!" (Yes,They are all MINE!)
We are the mirror of each other." We are the mirror as well as the face in it".

PAUSE! GO FRESH ! COCA COLA!

When it seem like a lot of energy is being utilized, signalling sweat, deep fast breaths, big eyes, red eyes. Just go once and face yourself.
 Ask yourself. Are you Hopeful & Caring? Do you even Smile? Then you will notice that there is one naughty or funny thought that stroked in your mind. That funny moment releases all your nuts in the brain and make you calm. So,Just TURN  EVERY SITUATION INTO HEAVEN!
