A good health is said to be wealth as it indirectly builds our multidimensional personality and helps us to grow in every area of ours . If we stay healthy we will start to talk about & enjoy a level up from it.

1. A good Routine.
2. Yoga for Minimum 15 min and Maximum 30 mins.
3. Walk for 10 mins in the morning and evening time.
4.Breathing exercise. 
5. A good diet. 
6. A light diet at morning & evening if you do take , one must take it keeps laziness away,tea or coffee, shake, smoothie, thandai anything.
7. Eating very light to avoid gastric troubles & unnecessary health related issues caused by food.
8. Sleep for 6 -7 hrs.
9. Exploring self.
10. Eating less chapati in a meal like 1-2 only taking other food supplements like veggies(green and non- green) , dal(or any protein supplement like Rajma, Lobhiya(Beans),Chana), curd , sweet , Rice. Eat a balance diet. especially during summers.
11. Keep calm & stay composed & comfort all along.
12. Wear Indian clothing which are comfortable & appropriate for the climate available in India , because Indian fabric was designed by our   ancestors after certain experiences of clothing in different Indian Regions. 

Following a well management, good routine, keeping mental strength, being in the present moment, trying to bring out best of the day are some aspects which can be taken to avoid doctors.
